When people think about seeing a Psychologist, it’s generally for individual therapy.  This becomes an opportunity to explore issues and behaviors in a one-on-one, comfortable and confidential environment.

Dr. Lei blends numerous therapeutic approaches with her clients including: Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rationally Motive Therapy as well as the use of personal insight.  This broad therapeutic set of skills offers her a variety of approaches that can be customized to suit your individual situation and needs.

In addition to established methods, some people respond well to also including advanced/enhanced therapeutic approaches such as hypnosis and Eye Movement Reprocessing & Desensitization (EMDR).
